Caviar de Neuvic offers an e-learning training program dedicated to caviar. This course, available in three languages (French, English, Japanese), is aimed at those who wish to learn more about the art of caviar, whether you are an amateur or a professional in the sector.
A Complete and Accessible Course
The training consists of 12 videos accompanied by 10 detailed episodes, covering topics ranging from the history of caviar to production techniques, including the different ways to taste it. The specific challenges encountered in Neuvic are also addressed to offer a complete understanding of the world of caviar.
Accessible on all digital media (mobile, tablet, computer), this training allows participants to progress at their own pace, according to their availability. Suitable for all levels, it includes various supports such as PDFs, explanatory graphics, organoleptic diagrams, as well as practical advice to enrich your knowledge.
An Interactive and Certifying Experience
With a total duration of 3 to 4 hours, each 15-minute video module is followed by an interactive quiz to assess the knowledge acquired. At the end of the training, a TOIC (Test Of International Caviar) certificate, signed by Laurent Deverlanges, will be issued to you to attest to your understanding of the subject.
